Taking a Mini Golfing Vacation

With gas prices higher than airfare last year, many are considering mini golfing vacations. A mini vacation is retreat from your everyday life but within the local area or your own state. Most people will book a hotel or resort reservation (maybe spending more on the room because they will spend less on travel) for a weekend or more and spend the whole time concerned only about how many strokes they made and what time happy hour starts at the club house. In essence it still gives you the sense of a vacation and escape even if you haven't traveled out of state. Plus the trip is even less stressful because you don't have to worry about traffic on the way home!
