Golfing Games to Play on the Course

Besides the video games and maybe the little put putt golf games you can buy for your office there are other golfing games you can try for when you're out on the course with friends. One of the most popular and an easy game for golfers is called pick-up sticks. The basic idea is that when playing match play you can take a club out of your competitors' bag and set it aside with the understanding he can't use it. For the most part players of the game usually keep the putter immune since it makes it very difficult to finish the hole without one. If you win a hole you can also choose to take back a stick that you may have lost during a previous hole. There are a few other rules but once you get the basic idea most players just iron out their own details to make it fun for them.
