A Note About Golfing Terms

I'm always trying to get new friends to go golfing with me and a lot of them have never golfed. I forget that they may not know the golfing terms I use to describe situations. I discover the funniest looks when I take a new girlfriend golfing and they stare at me because they don't understand what I asked them to do. I find the easiest way (for me) to teach someone is to tell them to look it up in a dictionary, but a golf dictionary is even better.
