Golfing Communities being sold for Gas
Recently there has been news about homeowners that bought within golf communities outlying city limits because they were peaceful and environmentally attractive. However since they still work for a living they usually commute an average of 26-miles nationally. This wasn't a problem when gas was only a little over $2 a gallon but because it has risen to over $4 a gallon some city workers are selling and leaving the lush golf course dream behind. Some think this is a sad story, but for those with disposable income in retirement it is a great time to buy some extra golf property.
